helpful staff

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. I remember the staff helped me with a local taxi on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

Family with children will appreciate this one

The room was large, clean and comfortable,, perfect for our family. We found our evening stroll in the nearby park to be a delightful way to unwind after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but the price was still acceptable for the quality provided.

Best ramen ever!

The room was awesome with a nice layout, and I loved the separate wash area! Convenient stores nearby made snacks easy. Tho, it was kinda hard to find room service #fail. Ramen Alley was a highlight, especially at Teshikaga. Seriously, best ramen I've ever had!

The room was huge and super comfortable. The shuttle to Sapporo Station made getting around a breeze, especially with all that snow. I really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden area and the cozy lobby lounge after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, I had a little mix-up with breakfast payment, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

We had a lovely experience at this hotel thanks to its prime location near Nakajima Park and a short walk to public transport. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a mix of Western and Japanese dishes that satisfied everyone's taste. The spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, making our stay enjoyable. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement as it wasn't as effective as we had hoped.
